Financial Assistance and/or Payment Plan

It is our desire at Camp Awana that all campers have the opportunity to attend camp and are not prohibited because of financial concerns. We are blessed to have many generous donors to be able to assist families as needed. However, funds are limited, and though we would like to help everyone who applies, we also want to do our best to be wise stewards of what the Lord provides, and can’t guarantee everyone will qualify for financial assistance.

Please prayerfully consider your true need. Perhaps you do not need financial assistance, as much as additional time to pay for camp fees. A payment plan option is also available. If you would like to be considered for financial assistance or a payment plan please fill out the following form and click submit.

All financial assistance requests are confidential. We will attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible based upon need and funds available. All requests will receive a response.

Financial assistance recipients are asked to write a letter of thanks at the end of their summer session and send it to Camp Awana, 9025 Camp Awana Road, Fredonia, WI 53021.

If you choose to do a Payment Plan, your balance must be paid in full by September 30, 2017 for Summer Camp. You will not be eligible to register for any more programs until balance is paid in full. The payment plan option will no long er be available in 2018.
